Initial Concept

Design projects begin by establishing mutually agreeable plans, timelines and budgets. From there, a schematic design is presented. The schematic design will either be presented in full-color detail, or as a simple black and white line drawing, depending on the project's unique needs. Frequently, because 3-D renderings have brought the project to life, the first exciting glimpse of the dream has been exposed, as with this rendering.
