While some clients already have already established relationships with contractors, others ask that we recommend several who may be a good fit. In many cases the client has a list of recommended contractors and retains us to interview and assess their plausibility. Because of our experience as a general contractor and our existing knowledge of the project, many clients hire us as liaison between the contractor and client for the duration of the project.
